“I stayed in this studio apartment for approximately nine months while studying abroad in Madrid. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is newly renovated with air conditioning and heating, a washer/drier in the apartment and a wonderful view off of it's balcony. It is a perfect location for tourism or an extended stay. It is located directly behind the Plaza Mayor and minutes away from the Puerta del Sol as well as an easy walk to the Palacio Real. It is also located very close to several important government buildings and as such the street is remarkably quiet and safe. Javier and Ismael were great landlords and the few small problems I had were immediately addressed. They were always available and very gracious the one or two times I locked myself out. I really can't say enough great things about the apartment or my experiences renting from Javier and Ismael. ”
