“ Kevin's place is awesome! I've stayed there myself many times ... it's quiet, super comfortable and Kevin is a considerate and laid-back host..I give him and his place the highest recommendation possible! The location is ideal, close to LAX, the beach, Santa Monica, all the major freeways as well as public transportation....the house itself is in an up-scale residential neighborhood ..the house has a cool vintage/retro vibe ..it's spacious... it's clean ...the kitchen has everything you could ever possibly need...there is even a washer and dryer! The back yard is really big and very tranquil ...Kevin has some nice patio furniture to use ..it's perfect for eating or whatever...I like having a fire in the fireplace ...the house is in such a nice, quiet neighborhood it's easy to relax and just chill out.
Kevin's house has everything, he's a great host, the location is ideal, the house is big, it's in a great neighborhood...private room....comfortable bed... nice bedding.... wifi... extra bathroom .. big back yard ~ I promise, you will not be disappointed!”
