We enjoyed the Condo very much; it was cheerful,comfortable,immaculate, and had an excellent view and location. Suggest you leave more trash collection bags and dishwasher detergent..minor issues. Loved our visit to Vancouver and your Condo. Thanks, Jenny.

Good space for 2 travellers (one in the bedroom, one on pull-out), excellent location right near Medina Café and Chambar which are perfect for breakfast then dinner, SkyTrain from the airport is very close in Yaletown (15min walk). The building is also just above a Costco - for those staying longer. We appreciated the early check-in, communication with the Holiday Condo Management company was pretty good as we did not deal with Jenny & Randy directly. 3.5 Stars is a more appropriate rating, would be 4 stars if the cleaning service was better, and there were more towels, cookware, and dishes available for use. I would also hesitate to sleep in the 'den' which is very small w/o windows. Overall a decent no frills space, thank-you for allowing us to stay. Cheers, R

Location, location, location! This condo is the perfect place to stay when you visit Vancouver. We chose this place because of its close proximity to a SkyTrain station (a short half block), the fact that it has a swimming pool and the affordable price. We decided not to rent a car while on vacation, as our everyday lives involve a lot of driving. Using SkyTrain and other forms of public transportation we were able to get everywhere – even Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge. The condo is close to a big grocery store (T & T Supermarket), a Starbucks, a liquor store, 2 pizza places, and Costco is just beneath the building. Everything you could need is within just a couple of blocks. You can take SkyTrain from either the airport or the train station to get here. Easy! If you are renting a car there is optional underground parking available. Chinatown and Gastown are both within easy walking distance. Jenny is a very friendly and accommodating hostess and very easy to contact – never more than just a phone call away. This condo is in a new high rise building (maybe 2 or 3 years old?) which is very secure and quiet. The bed is comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. The WiFi worked perfectly. It was great to have a washer and dryer right in the apartment. We really enjoyed watching the Dragon Boats and the Aquabuses going by on False Creek and were glad we brought our binoculars. By the third night we were already calling this place home. When we return to Vancouver, we will probably stay here again.

This flat was ok but suffered from the comparison with an earlier rental I had with the same rate. The flat is getting rather hot and stuffy on sunny days, and it is also rather noisy due to the proximity of a freeway... The good side is the availability of the pool+gym at almost any time. I also appreciated the fact that the skyline stop Chinatown-Stadium (?) was very near...

A beautiful condo in Homer Street in a perfect location in Yaletown, I wish I could have stayed longer! The second condo where I stayed in Citadel Parade was a wee less classy, rather hot and noisy (busy highway below), even though the access to gym & pool was appreciable, so a difference in price between the two places would be deserved. Both places were truly close to Skytrain, so connection to airport and convention centre was very easy.

I needed a place at the last minute and they were very accommodating. Whenever I needed anything they were there, easy to reach and very nice. The suite was clean and comfortable and having access to the rooftop 42nd floor jacuzzi was really what made this place great. They have many rentals and I plan on staying with them again in the future.

Great spot and really easy to get to. A short walk to TNT grocery, Starbucks, Costco and of course GM Place and BC Place. Super friendly staff working in the building. Jenny was easy to get ahold of and met us at the condo early. It was a pleasure to stay and will be staying with them again in the future!
