Entire apt, HIPPEST block in LES!

Marybeth is a lovely person who was always able to be contacted and assisted us when it was required. The apartment was disappointing as it could have been cleaner. The location is great on the lower east side not far from Katz Deli. We encountered a couple of problems like having no hot water and the door knob coming off but both issues where taken care of quickly after contacting Marybeth. The place is suitable for a short stay only (1-2 nights) we stayed for a week and it was too long in this style of place. Voir la réponse de l'hôte

The location is fantastic! Only a 20 second walk from the famous Katz's Deli not to mention numerous boutique restaurants, bars, music clubs. If you are young and looking to party, this is the place to be. Other close-by areas include Alphabet City, East Village, Little Italy, Chinatown and only a short stroll to West/Greenwich Village. Just down the street is the Tenement Museum, also worth checking out. It also serves as a great base to explore the rest of New York as the 2nd Ave subway station is literally only two minutes away. The F-train goes up town towards Central Park as well as the other way into Brooklyn. The actual apartment itself is neat, clean and comfortable although a little cramped (especially the bathroom), however this is not a big issue especially if you are in New York to see the city, as you will spend more time sightseeing than at the apartment anyway - ultimately it is a comfortable place to sleep and a good place to be close to in the evenings if you are out partying and want to walk home. Overall a great place to stay: recommend!

Great time in Marybeth's appartment! She was kind and always available for us and gave us good advices about NYC. The place where the appartment is located is just perfect and not too loudly. It's close to everything : bars, restaurant, metro, groceries, and not so much touristic. We felt like New Yorkers there! I definitely recommend Marybeth's appartment!

I had such a great time staying in Marybeth's apartment. The location was brilliant - close to great bars, restaurants & the subway. This was my first experience with Airbnb and I was not disappointed. Marybeth was so helpful and lovely. She checked in with me regularly to make sure I was having a good stay, which I really appreciated. The apartment was cute & clean. It had everything I needed and I felt at home there right away. I would definitely go back or recommend to friends!

Marybeth apt. was just great. The location is awesome and couldn't be better. This is the real NYC. You have a lot of Bars, Restaurants and Clubs just arround the corner. Of course the subway isn't far away and you also can wald to the broadway or where ever. Totaly recomended.

Communication with Marybeth was very clear and easy. The apartment is located in an excellent part of the Lower East Side. Apartment is very simple and plain. There's a fan in the apartment that you'll want to use to block out the noise from the restaurant that turns into a late night bar or club.

I enjoyed Marybeth's apartment! I had been to NYC once before and loved this location and this is why i choose her apartment because on Ludlow street. There are plenty of local places to eat, drink, and see some shows! The apartment is a great jump off place and suited my needs.

It's small, but the location ist perfect - if you are looking for a busy neighbouhood to go out. The handover of the keys worked out perfect and everything was there. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Marybeth is a good friend! She's very talented, very focused and very clean ;) Her place is sooooo well located in the heart of the Lower East Side and is very cute!

Marybeth is an amazing host! She really loves meeting people and welcoming them into her cute apartment and is always finding ways to make their stay as great as it can be! Her apartment is in a fanastic, fun neighborhood of NYC and is perfect for getting around.

I first got to know Marybeth while studying abroad in Thailand and have continued our friendship through college and now living in NYC. She is able to open herself completely to new experiences and new people and really enjoys the opportunity to connect with a variety of people. Whenever I walk around her neighborhood with her she is constantly greeted by people we pass and has immersed herself in all the goings on in the LES. She's got a great knowledge of music venues, bars and restaurants (especially if you're into vegetarian/organic foods). She keeps her cozy place feeling like a home right in the middle of a great, busy neighborhood.

Super talented?...Obviously. I have never been to her place but what a great location in Manhattan,The Lower East Side in the thick of everything -restaurants, nightlife, arts and convenience to all points in Manhattan and the rest of NYC. I have known Marybeth for a couple of years and she extremely dedicated and passionate about people and in her profession and interests, always respectful and love seeing her. Mark Barnrad

Marybeth is a beautiful person inside and out! Plus, she lives in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Manhattan. I definitely recommend her and her apartment to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the city.

MaryBeth's place is in an amazing location. Is it clean - quiet - & cozy. I think it would be a really nice place to stay if I were visiting NYC. She is good people - will take care of whomever she crosses paths with.

Marybeth has an adorably charming and clean apartment in the lower east side. It's close to tons of restaurants and shops and located convientely to many train stations. MB is a wonderful lady; responsible, kind, hardworking, and beautiful. If you need any suggestions on good places to eat or hang out in he neighborhood don't hesitate to ask her!
