District Rowhouse

This place is exactly like the photos. It was conveniently located for us and we were within walkable distance of our conference. There was also a metro station nearby. The place was very comfortable. The host provided us with a list of local place to eat, of which we tried one of the places and it was very delicious. The house also had a lot of tour guides and maps of Washington, DC, which was nice. It helped us figure out some of the places to go visit when we had some free time. The check-in and check-out was super easy and convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to friends and would stay again. Thanks!

The house is really neat and clean. It feels like home! It is really near the metro. Ayeh has been a fantastic host. She really helped us alot. I will indeed recommend this place to my friends!

My family was spending the weekend together in DC and wanted to stay together. Ayeh's place met most of our needs and was a great value. The house is located in a residential neighborhood with easy access to all the tourist sites via a long walk or a short drive. Ayeh was very helpful and attentive during and after the booking process, providing clear and thorough information, restaurant recommendations, etc.

This house was fantastic, and Ayeh was very easy to work with. I know DC well and think it's a great location (especially for events at the DC Convention Center), but stayed with other folks who don't know DC and Ayeh was very helpful with directions, recommendations, etc. We definitely look to return.

Ayeh's wonderful rowhouse was great for us. Maybe this is TMI but three of us coming for the 50th anniversary of the Peace Corps celebrations wanted to be able to spend time together as we had 45 years ago, drinking coffee in the morning and talking about Life without having to go to a hotel coffee shop. The rowhouse is in one of DC's many eclectic and vibrant neighborhoods with easy access to the Metro and snagging a taxi if you need one. Ayeh also approved of our idea to have Peace Corps friends to join us for meze -- aka Turkish dinner buffet -- after one of the 'official' events. That was also a special gathering which, once again, we could not do in a hotel bar or restaurant. Plus she has the best serving platters I've ever seen!

The hose was exactly what I expected, and Ayeh was really helpful with giving information about the city and places to eat. She was also easy to contact, and helped solved a problem that I ran into. Great place to stay and great host.

Dear Ayeh ! Sorry for the delay in my evaluation ! We had a very good show , so we have come back with a lot of work !!!! It was fantastic to stay at your home during that week ! we were very comfortable because of you have a wonderful home !!!! For us was perfect to finish the show and to take only five minutes to arrive to your house ( the taxis cola queues when the show finished were horrible !! ) Also , we discovered a very nice place to have the breakfast between your house and the convention center ! All was fantastic , and we would like to repeat next year , because the Fancy Food Show will take place again in Washington ! Note : I really love your house decoration !!!!!! but specially , I liked the shelving of tourism guides !!!!! could you say me where do you got it ? Thank you very much ! It was very nice to "live " at your home ! We hope to repeat it !

Ayeh could not have been a better host. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, her home is beautiful, and it is hard to imagine someone more accommodating. I had a fantastic time in DC, in no small part because I stayed with Ayeh.

Good location, you can walk to the centre and to the nearest metro station ... everything you need in the house ! Easy entrance code system, very stylish decoration !

Ayeh house is wonderful! I spent one night in her place and I would definitely stay again if I'm back to D.C Everything was so clean and neat and her home was pretty cozy! She was really helpful and gave me tips about places to go in D.C She also helped me finding hotels in Washington, I was supposed to stay in Washington for a couple of nights but all airbnb places were fully booked so the days I could rent Ayeh's place I stayed there, and She was really helpful giving names of hotels or other places where I could stay :) I really recommend her place.

We had a great stay at Ayeh's home. Everything we needed was there. And great position for visiting the sites. The only down side was not meeting Ayeh!

We didn't see Ayeh but we've really loved her big, wonderful and very clean house, that's near to everything in Washington DC. The bed was very comfortable and she left us everything we needed. The only, little problem was the wireless that didn't work for a day. We really just felt like home!

Really nice place. Great room and bathroom. It was extremly helpful that the chekin and out times were flexible, and we were even allowed to leave our bags at the house after cheking out. We didnt use the metro during our stay in Washington as we walked from the house to Dupon Circle and the different attractions - You walk through some beautiful neighbourhoods.

Ayeh was an amazing host! My girlfriend and I traveled to D.C. for vacation, and she was incredibly helpful with her suggestions on places to eat. Her place is close enough to walk to some great areas of the city, and we were always able to find parking on the street. I would recommend Ayeh's very nice and warm home to anyone traveling to D.C. for vacation, business, etc. Thanks again Ayeh!

Ayeh has a gorgeous apartment, and easy to get into town. Comfy bed and she was super friendly, providing really helpful tips for nearby cafes, restaurants, etc.

Ayeh's home was lovely! Her lock system made checking in and out hassle-free, she took the time to recommend good eats nearby and the metro was conveniently located a few blocks away. She even woke up early on a Saturday morning to get parking passes for us. Thanks, Ayeh!
