If you're looking for accommodation by the beach this is it!

Located just steps away from Australia's famous Bondi Beach our renovated beach front studio apartment is within meters to public transport, restaurants, cafes, shops, laundry services, pharmacy, ATM's, pubs and nightlife.

We are situated on the north side of the beach only 30 seconds walk to the sand (please see aerial photo).

Bondi Beach is the heart of Sydney's eastern suburbs, which feature stunning seaside scenery and endless activities. Bondi Junction train station is 6 minutes by bus and connects to Central Station ( 10 min), Darling Harbor, Rocks, Opera House and ferry to Manly, Taronga Zoo and Northern Beaches. The airport is 25 minutes away. Bus transportation is nearby ( running 24 hours a day ) and street parking is available.

A home away from home the fully furnished studio is complete with 2 beds, 1 queen, 1 futon bed , full bathroom with bath and shower, polished wooden floors and a modern stainless steel kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, fridge, plates, glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, coffee mugs, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, cooking accessories etc.

Also provided are all amenities to make your stay comfortable:
Flat wide screen TV with Foxtel,
Wireless high speed internet,

For those who are bringing children, there is a fantastic park across the street and adjacent to the beach- see pics! Please note we are located on the first floor so there is a flight of stairs to access our apartment. Studio is a one room apartment so all beds share the same space- please see overhead plan with furniture layout. The beach is right out the front of the building- you can't get any closer than this !

"I recently made my first trip to Australia and spent a month in Sydney on North Bondi Beach in this charming studio apartment, and am so glad I made the right choice! I fell in love with Sydney & North Bondi, and this lovely apartment proved the perfect home away from home. Ideally located just steps from the beach, the apartment is quiet, spacious enough for one or two, well maintained, designed and appointed. The hosts could not have been sweeter and more helpful. In addition to many wonderful cafes and restaurants close by, there is a small shopping area around the corner with all essentials, chemist, laundry, food market, liquor shop, etc., as well as an express bus to whisk you into the heart of the city. Coming home at night to the quiet grandeur of Bondi Beach was one of the greatest pleasures of my trip. Highly recommended."

Gina provided us with an excellent apartment with great additions like Wifi Internet, Cable TV and a kitchen with many tools at a very reasonable rental rate! The apartment is extremely near to the train station and was a 10-15 min train ride to Sydney CBD and is within walking distance to Bondi Junction; a shopping district with many food places. It also has a bus stop near to the apartment that brings you to the train station! Definitely a great stay. Thank you Gina

The property at Bondi Junction is superb. Beautifully decorated, calming, clean, and quiet. It is an oasis. It's location is great. Within one to 5 minute of walking distance are Bondi Junction's main shopping area as well as the metro and bus station. You can take the train to downtown or the bus to the famed Bondi beach, all in maybe 10-20 minutes. I would highly recommend this nice place to any one going to Sydney. Gina is a great host. I stay there on a business trip. My company has been changing the paperwork system and encountered some problems when sending the down payment. Gina has been very patient to work with us to get things resolved. When I arrive, Gina is already waiting there. She ensure I have everything I need for my stay and know my way around. It is very nice and I appreciate her help.

Had a wonderful stay, Gina made this very easy. The location was amazing, close to a large amount of shops, public transport and only a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and modern, with a functioning kitchen and bathroom. The air conditioning was definitely appreciated. Would highly recommend, many thanks!

We stayed at the Bellevue Hill place and LOVED IT! Gina was very accommodating to our party and we thoroughly enjoyed the sense of home that this listing created. Truly amazing accommodation in every way. Centrally located in Sydney, we never found ourselves too far from Sydney Harbor or Bondi. It's truly a place where you can feel like a local and be embraced as one too. The location sits in a prime location on a street lined with coffee shops, newsstands, grocery, and a butcher shop.
