  We stayed for 3 nights. We were met on time by the courier. She explained things to us back in the flat. Unfortunately after she had left we discovered certain things were not right. We were given single sheets for a double bed-this bed was not made up The toaster was not working the back door did not lock the shower on ground floor leaked On the whole we were fine. The kitchen and bedrooms were a good size. But have to say the sitting room upstairs did not have enough chairs for 6 people and was too small really for 10. The area was fine although a 12 minute walk to the vaparetto stop.

  we got into Venice via the alilaguna service (orange lineb) and got (email hidden), a few steps away there is a gondola ferry service that will take you across the Grand Canal to S. Toma for just 50cents...we met with Nurhana who did the checkn-in and showed us to the Apartment. Nurhana was really nice and very friendly. The apartment was everything we expected and more. Standing on the little balcony and lookint at the sunset was a magical experience...location-wise the place was great. the best thing was being so close to the S.toma pier, particularly at night as it is one of the few stops of the night vaporetto

  Location Location Location, near to vaporetto stop, the Maria Gloriosa Frari Church and about 15 minutes walk to the Rialto bridge. we were a group 5 people The apartment was clean and comfortable. The meet & greet person was nice and welcoming, with excellent english . only moan was that one of the dining chairs was broken. I will use the Rialto Project apartments again.

  This apartment was perfect. The luxury apartment five was not available, but Marzia organised another one for us which was great. It was clean, all new appliances and right in the middle of Venice, about halfway between the train station and st Mark's square. Highly recommend and will use Marzia again in Venice!

  Actually I can't recommend this place. Because you have to define a certain arrival time to host which is really hard for venice. This arrival time problem has been limiter for our holiday. And second, the host wanted our credit card details which is nonsense because airbnb has got our details so why should we give our credit card details someone we don't know??? And for the last, sheets are not clean enough... For the possitives if you are still interested in, location was really good, decoration is also good and new...

  We had a nice stay at the apartment. We were a bit confused when we first arrived about all the bridges and different canals! Marzia was very friendly and helpful in getting us settled. The apartment was nice and clean and the proximity to the main tourist areas was great. Thankyou so much Marzia, the experience was one we will never forget!

  We had a fantastic time ... our apartment was clean, well taken care of and very comfortable. We were met at our water taxi site and walked to the apartment. Our guide was lovely and really explained the house as well as the neighborhood. The neighborhood is wonderful ... great restaurants, markets and shops all around. We felt like we were "living" in Venice. It was truly perfect. Thank you!!!

  D'abord les photos internet très trompeuses appartement défraichi ( peintures , sol) 140 m3 ???étage sans se tenir debout... Service d'accueil efficace ( Nurhana) Il faudrait cependant un minimum dans l'appartement ( basics de cuisine (sel poivre huile sucre pour cuisiner...),papier toilette... un peu limite!! surtout qu'en restant 3 jours et avec les restrictions aeriennes on ne peut transporter pots,liquides... dommage pour le prix payé Une ouverture des fenetres , rideaux, chauffage appartement ... rendrait l'arrivée moins décevante sinon bonne localisation pour les commerces... Un peu froid comme appartement au point de vue "cosy"

  Though it felt a little more like a hotel than other AirBnB places we've stayed at, the Rialto Project provided us with a very convenient modern apartment in the middle of Venice. We were greeted by Nurhana, who gave a very thorough tour of the apartment, pointed out nearby conveniences and was available for us to contact throughout our stay. The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Venice, and provided a very modern haven within an old building.

  Logement très bien situé, bien accueilli sur les lieux . propre et bien agencé, cependant un gros problème d'odeur nauséabonde dans le couloir et la salon ne nous a pas permis d'utiliser le salon comme une chambre, heureusement une des chambres avait un canapé convertible. si il n'y avait pas eu ça tout aurait été parfait. sinon content du séjour.
