Whether you're here on vacation or retreat you'll love this charming casita. It's been lovingly remodeled and furnished - 400 square feet of sleeping area, sitting area, dining area, full kitchen, and bath. The queen sized real bed is supplemented by a futon in the same room to sleep a total of 3. The kitchen features granite countertop, an electric range, efficiency fridge, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, dishes, pots and pans. Linens are included, and hairdryer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. You'll love the beautiful leaded glass doors, fine woodwork, glossy wood laminate floors, inspirational artwork, and other beautiful details. Extensive patio areas are perfect for sunning in the hammock, relaxing in the shade or star-gazing Sedona's famous dark skies. Landscaping is desert/xeriscape wise.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of West Sedona and only a few minutes from the red rocks, the guest house can serve as perfect headquarters for exploring all of Sedona's delights - from spectacular red rock hiking, to jeep tours, restaurants, art galleries, trips to the Grand Canyon, kayaking or tubing on the Verde River, nourishing yourself with a massage, exploring your spiritual nature with the help of one of Sedona's many spiritual guides and practitioners (we can recommend)...

Quiet and yet convenient - if you desire, you can walk to several restaurants and Sedona's premier natural food store.

Pets may be allowed with a pet deposit - please email your request and a description of your pet and their behavior.

PLEASE - we require you fill out some sort of profile about yourself - It helps all of us. Airbnb is a global network of accommodations offered by locals, it is a community. As newbies to airbnb, we were advised by a airbnb veteran to require some profile. We understand some may have privacy concerns and we are not asking for a lot of specific details.

Airbnb says "Completing your profile is a key part of the Airbnb experience because it allows you to share information about yourself with potential hosts or travelers. By filling out your profile with a headshot the first time, you don't have to repeat information about yourself to every user you send a message to -- they can simply click on your picture to view more information about you.     Truely an enjoyable stay in Sedona. Tlaguepague (sp) ? enjoyed twice and photoed 50 pics. Waded in Oak Creek and ate at Steve's choice lunch spot Hipolinas. Pink Jeeps, city trolley and uptown not to be missed. Cowboy Club and Coffee Pot Breakfast Cafe, best and fun eating.

    This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Janna and Steve really have thought of everything you would need for a vacation in Sedona. There were plenty of extra towels, hair dryer, plates, kitchen utensils, coffee pot/coffee, etc. The outdoor area was an excellent place to sit and have dinner and wait for the sun to go down. The neighborhood was easy to get to, quiet, and very close to Uptown Sedona. I can't wait for my next visit!

    My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights in Sedona and really enjoyed staying with Jannah and Steve. The guesthouse is in a perfect location and is very clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen area is well-stocked with cooking utensils and there is a fabulous organic and local produce store across the street. Jannah was very helpful in orienting us to Sedona and giving us recommendations for all the things we wanted to do.

    We had a great time at the Charming Sedona Guest house! We only stayed one night, but were treated warmly by Jannah, Steve and the owners of the main house. The guest house had plenty of room and wonderful places to sit outside to enjoy the Sedona air. We will be back!

    Had a great stay at the little studio with Jannah and Steve. The place is adorable with a cute little mini-kitchen, equipped with pretty much everything you'd need for light cooking. Clean and comfortable, provides all that two people would need. Jannah is very sweet and welcoming, did not have the pleasure of meeting Steve. We loved Sedona and the stay at their place made the trip that much better.

    This place was warm and cozy when we arrived. Really close to some great restaurants and coffee shops. We definitely would recommend checking this place out.

    The charming Sedona guesthouse was everything we expected -- it was clean, in a great location, and a great value. And Jannah and Steve were so accomodating, able to make recommendations on anything we wanted to do in the area. Highly recommended!

    My husband and I spent 3 nights here on our first trip to Sedona. We liked being away from all the tourist traffic. The casita was a peaceful sanctuary and Jannah had some great tips. We'd do it all over again!

    Charming is accurate description. We were there on Easter week end, and spring vacation brought of families to Beautiful Sedona. This casita is off the heavily beaten path in a homey neighborhood, but still close to everything one can want or need there. We will return if we go to Sedona again in the future. Jannah and Steve were easy to work with and hospitable; while we had several internet and phone contacts, we never met in person -- which worked great for us.

  • À propos : Steve and Jannah are longtime Sedona residents who find pleasure in sharing all that they know about Sedona and it's treasures with their guests. They love to make their guests feel at home, and often can provide that additional assistance that makes all the difference. For example, it you arrive by shuttle they can pick you up even if it's late. They are avid hikers, rock scramblers, and kayakers. Steve is a teacher of meditation and does readings. Jannah has been a vortex and spiritual guide. She is an energy healer and also leads spiritual retreats and vision quests.
