there is no air conditioning but there is a fan, the apartment is at ground floor so quite cool in the summer
breakfast is also provided in the living room of the apartment or during the summer in the beautiful garden.
the room is a part of a charming groundfloor apartment with a phantastic private garden.
the area around my flat is the best area of Florence, genuine and out of the touristic tours, but any kind of shops is in the neighbourhood.
Shopping area and museums are 15 min walking, but Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Garden are just across the street.
Bus stop is 5 min walking, train station 15 min, airport 20 min with a cab.
