This is a two-story townhouse style unit (#14) with one queen bed and two twin beds, with a maximum occupancy of four people. No additional guests are permitted. Downstairs has a full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, and bathroom with shower. Upstairs has two sleeping areas. One area has a queen bed and bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area has two twin beds. Mallard Bay Resort is a no-smoking, no pets property. This is one of 14 townhome-style units on the property, so all guests have access to amenities. Summer amenities are free use of boat dock, dock or shore fishing, heated pool, barbeque and patio areas, large outdoor rock fireplace, ping pong, shuffleboard, volleyball, badminton, horseshoes. Bring your boat or sea-doos. Free boat or sea-doo trailer parking on premises. Enjoy the private snow play area in winter (subject to natural snowfall). We are half a mile from Big Bear Lake Village and the Alpine Slide Play Area, and two miles from the Snow Summit Ski area. Free wireless internet on the premises.

    Our stay was great. It was my first time going to Big Bear and Eric's cabin couldn't have been any better! It was nice and cozy, and Eric was very inviting and made our stay hassle free. I hope to visit again maybe in the summer time and definitely next winter!

    We had a great experience here and plan on coming back. We reserved a studio unit but got a free upgrade to a bigger unit because someone cancelled, which was nice and unexpected. The place was very comfy and had a kitchen with stove/fridge/microwave, living room, TV, lots of storage space. The place is right on the lake so our son fed the ducks. There is also an area to play in the snow. Eric was a great host and made sure we knew the area. He gave good recommendations and maps. Would recommend to anyone visiting Big Bear.

    Eric provided all the comforts from home in a quaint and cozy little cabin. The location is close to ski resorts and The Village. It was a perfect spot to spend our New Years!!

    My children and I had a great time in Big Bear and this little cabin was perfect. It was very neat, clean, warm and cozy. The location was great - close to the snowplay area and village and an easy 2 1/2 hour drive from San Diego.
