“Daniela is an amazing person whom you can trust and rely on! I've known her for over 8 years and she even became my colleague for a year! She's super resourceful, artsy and helpful; so if you need someone who is kind and knows Toronto well... it's her!
I've stayed in her place a few times, most recently for a week when I was last in Toronto (she was out of town) - it was great! It's super centrally located and has everything a person needs to be comfortable. There are amazing restaurants, a "Wine Rack" and coffee shop downstairs, cool shops, fancy grocery stores (incl. an amazing Loblaws/LCBO) etc. all within 1-500ms of her doorstep - this includes the subway!!! Her beds are super comfortable, including the couchbed which I slept on a few times while watching TV in bed!
I highly recommend staying at her place! It's very cute, cozy and CLEAN - which is important! It also has skylites which makes it very brite and inviting! I even found safe convienient 24-hour parking in an underground P lot ACROSS THE STREET for $14-18 per (24hr) day (depending on which day of the week it was). This is SUPER cheap for Toronto! Everywhere else will run you $25+ for 12 hrs!!! ”

“I have known about San Miguel from Jane for a very long time (years, in fact) and for the first time, this past April, I flew down there from Brooklyn NY and rented her house for the entire month! It was fantastic! First of all, her place is so central. You can walk everywhere (except you do have to get used to walking up and down hills!) Jane's place is modern, cool and a pure delight: easy to live there, entertain there and just be there. Two floors of open plan, white living space plus a roof top deck with great views -- two bathrooms. The good news is that the downstairs bedroom is always cool even on the hottest day. Plus, it's a hop, skip and a jump to one of my most favorite bars, La Sirena Gorda! Lovely neighborhood, everyone is so friendly -- you couldn't ask for more.”
