Aleida and her team were great to work with. They helped out with everything throughout our trip - shuttle from airport, looking up information about places we wanted to visit during our stay, tips and suggestions on everything from local "out-of-the-tourist-zone" restaurants to car rentals.
Aleida was always very quick to respond to emails and always very professional. We would definitely work with her again!

Aleida is one of the strongest people I know in the world. Raising two very active boys on her own, she still manages to be great at her job and be a great friend at the same time. It seems as if she's not complete unless she's helping somebody out with something.

I had the pleasure of working with Aleida at Cancun's grand Spanish hotel Gran Melia ten years ago and found her to be professional, puntual and a good listener.
