Glenn and Yulia were fantastic hosts! Their place is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. We enjoyed the breathtaking views right outside the windows, the comfortable accommodations, the delicious breakfasts they cooked every morning, their library of Alaska brochures/books and their extremely friendly personalities. We stayed with them for two nights and would certainly do it again!

Glenn and Yulia were excellent hosts. The BnB is the entire downstairs with private entrance. They offered more breakfast options than we are used to so that was a lovely benefit. The homemade Russian pancakes with red raspberry jam (local - they picked and preserved) were fantastic! We utilized their offer of using the washer and dryer which is also located downstairs and convenient. This is a beautiful bed and breakfast. The views are amazing, the hosts are very accommodating, and the lodging is nicely appointed and comfortable. The breakfasts are scrumptious too! This is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy the views of Homer.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable and close (a short bus ride away) to downtown Anchorage activities. The guest bed was really just great, big and very comfortable. We also appreciated our host's effort in putting together very detailed and well organized information about the area. We loved staying with Glenn and Yulia. Prior to our trip, they were extremely helpful in advising us on our itinerary. And, in answering all of our questions with wonderful detailed information. Their place is beautiful with fabulous views. We even saw a moose and her babies outside our bedroom window, just hanging out in the backyard of the B&B!!! Enjoy your stay here!

We took a last-minute weekend trip to Alaska, and Glenn and Yulia were very responsive and helpful with our short-notice booking. The apartment was easy to find and a short drive from the airport, which was important to us, as we came in on a 2AM flight into Anchorage. The bed was comfortable and the room was as pictured. The only issue was the cat, which seemed lonely and pawed and cried at our closed bedroom door throughout the night. My husband and I are not really cat people, so... Plus »

We found out about Nice Condo - Close to Everything and applied with short notice. The hosts were very prompt in answering and giving directions. We found the condo to be rather dated, but as promised we had a very comfortable bed. We shared the condo with one other person and a cat, who usually stayed in the other bedroom, however there was cat hair over all the furniture in the loungeroom.
