Then, we walk to the first bar. All the bars are located downtown within a few blocks of each other. We'll spend 30-45 minutes in each of three bars, having drinks, learning about the place, and appreciating the aesthetic. Throughout the night we will continue on past a total of seven hidden-face speakeasy style bars, stopping in some and just stopping to talk about others. Message us if you want to book a kids experience. We will start the experience in the backyard where you will meet Ripley the house pig. You'll learn about the history of Kunekune pigs and what makes them so unique. If we have younger pigs that are living in the backyard you'll get to meet them then too. I'll have treats prepared for you to feed the pigs and you'll learn how to make them sit and get their treats. Then I'll take you to meet the adult pigs first the girls and then the boys. We have 20 pigs that make up "Halbert Herd" and their ages range from 4 months to 9 years. You'll get to feed the adults treats and they love getting attention and being petted. Most of them will lay down and want their belly rubbed. If we have piglets you'll get to spend time in the piglet pen, depending on their age, you may be able to feed them treats and when they get to be about 3 weeks old they will crawl on your lap. Other things to note Make sure to wear closed toes shoes, pigs like to chew on toes. Rain, hiking, mud boots are great options. You will get dirty and we will be outside. Pay attention to the weather and dress accordingly. Long pants work better even when its hot because we may walk in tall grass in the pastures.

First we will juice fresh citrus fruits, as this component is integral in many of the cocktails we will be creating. Limes, and lemons will be hand-squeezed, while oranges & grapefruits are pressed on an industrial juicer. Next, we will create mint simple syrup by shake-dissolving sugar in water and steeping with fresh mint leaves. The third step is to French-press strain cold brewed yerba Maté. Fourth, we will create hand-shaken whipped cream. The fifth phase of the class is to correctly measure & mix ingredients via shaker tin or mixing glass, and strain into appropriate glassware. The finishing phase is an interactive instruction on proper cutting, zesting, and arrangement of garnishes for each libation. The Grand Finalé is a social hour in which the guests are encouraged to ask questions & share ideas, while enjoying hand-crafted cocktails at a discounted rate. JOIN US FOR A SOAPMAKER WORKSHOP During a two-hour workshop, you'll learn the three different types of soapmaking. Our artisans will take you through the craft process step-by-step as you make three soap bars to take home with you. Workshops are held at our downtown San Antonio studio in the La Villita Historic Arts Village on the banks of the famed San Antonio River Walk. Cost of the workshop is inclusive of all materials, your finished product, beverages and small bites.

Misti and I will take you on a scenic, guided horseback ride, show you the reins, and ensure you have a fun experience. First, we will pair you with one of our highly trained and lovable horses! (Whiskey, Bear, Mississippi, Comanche, or Dolly!). Next, we will have a brief lesson where you will learn to stop, turn and ride the proper way on the trails. Then we will head out and take an hour trail ride through the beautiful hill country. We will ride through trees, up hills, down hills. We will pass some creeks and ponds and even a graveyard dating back to the 1700’s! The graveyard is said to hold the relatives of Davy Crockett as well as some other heroes from Texas history! We will stop to take a couple pictures along the way! If you have younger children please call and ask about "Little Dude Ride." It is perfect for kids and families that aren’t quite ready for the hour trail ride. We want everyone to be able to have an awesome horseback riding experience. Yoga en plein air et cocktails mimosa
We will participate in a 1-hour yoga class that is accessible to all levels of practitioners, including beginners. We will move on our mats, soaking up the sun under the large oak trees of our private backyard venue. Immediately following our yoga session, we will enjoy two complimentary mimosas while getting to know our fellow yogis (must be 21+ with a valid ID to consume alcohol). We will listen to music, talk, laugh, and enjoy the company of those who appreciate unique, fun, and different experiences! Please note that this is meant to be a fun and unique experience but also a relaxing and rewarding yoga class for all attendees...for that reason, we do not permit children under the age of 12 to attend. Any attendee who is under the age of 21 is not permitted to drink alcohol, although they are able to participate in yoga and receive a non-alcoholic beverage afterwards. Guests will enjoy an experience on our small, family-run hobby farm. They will have the opportunity to cuddle with our goats, pet our miniature cows, get up close and personal with our friendly emus, and take in the beautiful scenery of our farm. The first portion of the tour is guided animal interactions, but then guests are able to wander and take in the beauty of the property, enjoy their own picnic lunch, or fish in our catch-and-release pond!

A pizza making experience unlike any other. Join us out in the beautiful Texas hill country next to the wood fired oven hand built by me and my father. Throughout the course of your evening on our farm Chef/Owner Ryan Hildebrand will walk you through the history of pizza and woodfired baking as well as break down each component of a true Neapolitan style pie. Guests will get a chance to interact with every part of the pizza making process as Ryan explains the “whys” behind this piece of culinary tradition. At 6 the guests will arrive to a welcome beverage and a brief introduction to the history of our farm and Italian pizza traditions followed by a snack and an explanation of classic sauce and cheese techniques. After this we will move to shaping our own individual pies and begin assembling pizzas for baking.
