Ce que vous allez faire

We'll start the beach workout with a jog along the water, followed with a dynamic warm up, and a ice breaker to help everyone loosing their muscles and mind to ensure an awesome workout. The view of beach as the sun rises is second to none so this workout allows ultimate relaxation and focus. After the ice breaker, we'll get into the workout while onlooking the beautiful water of the beach ; where you'll enjoy a mix of aerobics and interval training. Finally, we'll end the session with light stretching. Fruit and water will be served during and post workout where you can stay and onlook the site.

Equipment
We'll provide all of the equipment for the workout but you are more than welcome to bring your own yoga mat.

What's up! My name is William and I'll be the co-host for your experience. I'm an engineer by trade but my true love is sports/fitness! I've done everything from personal training, to playing multiple sports on a high level, to coaching, and officiating. I was formerly the manager the Old Dominion University gym and it was my pleasure to help members of a 20,000+ student body enjoy themselves while reaching their fitness goals. My name is Andre and I'm the perfect trainer for you. I have a bachelor's in exercise science and a masters in sports administration. I have experience coaching in the Pac 12, at University of California, the Division II & III levels, along with hosting individual and group training sessions. Helping you reach your personal fitness goals is my ambition. Most importantly, being safe and having fun while doing so.

Le lieu

Most people visit the Hampton Roads area for the beaches so the main beaches receive much traffic from tourists. The beaches that you'll conduct the workout are cleaner, quieter, the water is clearer, and only known by the locals. It is also a historical landmark/museum so the scenery surrounding the beach is just as beautiful. It's truly a pleasure to have such a gem in our backyard.
