The cooking class and wine tasting will start touring our wineyard that overlooks the sea and admiring the gardens where we grow seasonal organic vegetables. After that, we’ll start the wine tasting where I’ll let our guests taste some of our best local wines and explain them their specific characteristics. Then we’ll start the cooking class where we will be able to prepare fresh pasta from scratch ( tagliatelle, ravioli or gnocchi). Each guest will have his own place on the table with all ingredients ( flour, eggs,water etc.), a rolling pin and a chopping board so to make his own pasta. I’ll personally supervise all the pasta making process and help each guest realize the dough. We will then be ready to prepare the pasta sauce ( ragù, carbonara, clams or tomatoe) with fresh ingredients and to eat the first dish.
At this point a wide range of appetizers will be served ( mozzarella, ricotta, salami, local cheese and vegetables of the season).
The meal will end with a delicious
Dessert along with homemade limoncello!
