Together we will cook authentic Gnocchi and Ravioli in accordance with traditional italian recipes passed from one generation to another.

During our live-streaming session we will guide you step by step and share our passion for food, wine and culture. For making a good Italian pasta dish, it is very important to prepare the right sauce. That is why together we will also make a famous "Pesto".

We had a wonderful experience with Dilik. He was very personable--using everyone's first names and encouraging everyone individually. He was patient and good at explaining all the steps. We included our adult children, who live in different areas of the U.S., and it was a fun expereince for us all to share. We highly recommend this experience. FYI--You make the ravioli and gnocchi and pesto under the guidance of Dilik, and then it is ready to cook after the class.

Very fun! We loved getting together as a family to cook with Dilik! We’re all excited to continue to try cooking raviolis and gnocchi! Would highly recommend for beginners to get started learning how to make at-home Italian cuisine!

We loved the class! The instructions were clear and fun and Massimiliano was very patient and helpful. Our ravioli and gnocchi were delicious as was the pesto sauce. We appreciated also that Massimiliano let us stay on the Zoom call with our families after the class to converse while we were eating our wonderful dinner. Highly recommend this class!!

While the learning was great, it took much longer than expected and we finished with pasta ready to cook rather than ready to eat

So fun and my pasta was so delicious. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to make it properly but the chef made sure we were following along and gave us helpful tips! I liked that there were options for gluten free and vegan ingredients too.

We had a great time with Dilik yesterday. I booked the pasta class for me and my husband as a Birthday event for him- turned out we were the only guests- so it was a privat session. Dilik took the time to explain every step in the way and also the little tricks. We were really proud of the raviolis we made and it was wonderful to experience Italien pasta at home- felt like a Short trip to Florence.
