You will learn how to prepare the real Milanese Risotto cooking together with Gabriele and Mariagiulia. We will teach you every step of the typical recipe and will reveal all the tricks of the trade to cook a perfect italian risotto, as in the best Italian restaurants.
We will teach you to choose the best raw materials and you will discover their origins and their history, learn to choose and recognize the different types of rice, to distinguish between a creamy risotto and a risotto to the wave.
Finally, after discovering all the tricks of this recipe, we will taste risotto.
At the end of the experience we'll send you the PDF recipe and a list of our favorite restaurants, food shops and local gastronomic.

For those who reach us by car there is free parking in Via Giovanni Battista Sanmmartini, 50 meters from the house :)
