This is NOT ORDINARY COOKING CLASS, this is COOKING EXPERIENCE WITH LOCAL. Cook and eat with local, as a friend, in typical Italian home kitchen is the first secret to discover the essence of the Italian home cuisine.
Welcome in The Italian Secret Kitchen. We will make my special tiramisù, traditonal pasta from scratch and we will cook it with delicious sauces and filling in my cozy flat with home kitchen tools and traditional pasta machine. And I will give you the tips to make it at home.
We will start our cooking experience with making tiramisù with my personal touch (traditional or with red fruits)
Then we will make 3 types of homemade pasta:
- Garganelli (cylindrical shape pasta) or Busiate (Sicilian helical shape pasta)
- Italian Dumpling (Tortellini, Ravioli, Mezzelune, Triangoli, etc.)
- Fettuccine or Bigoli
*Special for Christmas (from 7th to 27th December)
- Lasagne (with meat or veg)
- Panetù (my tiramisù with panettone)
Usually my sauces and filling are vegetarian (with or without cheese), but I like also to make pasta with meat or fish/seafood. Don't worry if you have allergy or intolerance I will organize menu without the ingredient(s) you can't eat.
Basically I do the cooking experience alone, but sometimes some my friends join me. I will tell you in advance.
