Vegan Cheese Making Workshop - Have fun making some vegan, dairy free cheese, coconut yoghurt and coconut kefir as well as homemade chutneys! Eat some yummy cheeses and homemade bread! You'll learn recipes we have developed over the years to make plant based cheeses to eat as part of a cheese board or other recipes.
In this practical vegan cheese making and tasting workshop you will learn about different plant based, dairy free cheese making techniques and the easy to find ingredients used to produce them. We use Macadamia nuts and cashews as a base with almond milk so your cheese will have a great taste we promise!
You will have the chance to make your own samples of several vegan cheeses choosing from Mozzarella, Halloumi, Mascarpone, Ricotta, Feta and Parmesan to take home with you with full instructions and recipes to try out. We will also make coconut yoghurt and coconut kefir for you to take home to start your own live, probiotic cultures at home.
In the second part of the workshop we will sample a range of dairy free cheeses along with homemade jams, pickles and chutneys, sauerkrauts and kimchis and a selection of freshly baked homemade sourdough breads.
