A TASTE OF MINDFULNESS IN THE PARKS OF BARCELONA

This is a UNIQUE MINDFULNESS EXPERIENCE in the open air where you will visit landmark places and also natural surroundings like the gardens of Montjuic where we will train you how to be attentive and focussed, that is how to be in the present moment.

This experience can be private or with a group of 10 people in total because we want to give you the attention you deserve. You

Through this 2-hour session of Mindfulness, you will learn not only about the HISTORY of Barcelona but also experience WHAT IS MINDFULNESS. You will learn how to be in the PRESENT MOMENT, how to be aware of what are your thoughts, emotions and actions by using micro meditation and attention techniques based one of the most recognized worldwide courses given by the University of Massachusetts MBSR.

There is a Mindful FOOD TASTE during the tour to awaken your senses. Please note that this is not a meal, we will only try a small piece of food.
Languages upon request: Tours can be in English, Spanish or Catalan

At the end of the tour you have an OPTIONAL VEGAN BRANCH - the price is not included but I can book you in in advance or decide at the venue.

My daughters and I met Elisabeth for our mindfulness experience and instantly felt relaxed. She is such a lovely person and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning together. She is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Thankyou Elisabeth for a lovely time and for the gorgeous weather too ! 😊

This is a very special experience. It is more than meditation. Elisabeth told the history of the construction. Elisabeth is a very kind person. Strongly recommended!!

This is a great experience in meditation along with a guided tour. Even if you have an experience in meditation it's still a wonderful tour as it helps to create great memories of Barcelona

I had a precious experience like to clean my inside by leeding of Elisabeth.I use the five senses in nature. I could feel free from everything. I loved the experience. Elisabeth shared many amazing mindfulness techniques, while guiding the participants through beautiful, hidden places of Barcelona. This is absolutely unique way of experiencing this city and fully immersing yourself into it. Totally recommend!

The experience with Elisabeth opened up a new angle of meditation for me. Being with nature and being aware of the physical body allowed me to clear my mind and became more mindful more frequently. I highly recommend this experience for anyone that wants to experience meditation and mindfulness in nature.
