I will welcome the guests , and introduce the historic of the dumplings and teach some Chinese which is related to the dumplings 4-6 participants each time . I will buy the ingredients first, then start how to prepare and explain step by step . The high light is hand on job how to put the filling into the dough to shape the dumplings. Funny enough, everyone’s dumplings are different in form of shape. Looking forward to eat your own hand made dumplings? After making enough for us to eat then we can boil them or fry them. Prepare some soysoce and vinegar or spicy oil , dip into it . Such a joy . My mouth is watering now.

There is a long history in Dumpling Making in China,especially northern China where I come from. Almost no exceptions , everyone eats dumplings on the Chinese New Year Eve. Because dumplings are the symble of wealth . It’s come from different kinds or shapes. You can boil ,steam or fry them.It’s time consuming but easy and rewarding which is very suitable for a group of people to make together and dine together. From mixing flour to chopping meat or seafood and vegetables, you can mix all sorts of different ingredients which your own unique style dumplings. I can make dumplings since I was 8
