All recipes are eaten and shared together over a relaxing lunch. I'll be with you every step of the way to guide you through our menu.

10:00 – 13:30 Shared group cookery class.
Chickpea Falafel with a yogurt and cucumber dip.
Coconut Vegetarian Korma, my favorite, with oven baked Pilaf Mushroom Rice.
Vegetarian Spicy Roll, spicy layers of sweet potatoes, chick peas, cashew nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese and black olives served in home made pastry, a delicious center peace for the perfect lunch.

13:30 – 14:30 Lunch, time to enjoy the food of our labours.
Enjoy the lunch we have prepared served in the garden weather permitting, or more conventionally in our dining room, should the weather be a little inclement. Bring your own wine or beer, herbal teas and coffee are available.
