First, we’ll explore our doshas while sampling a refreshing Ayurvedic beverage. Then we’ll discover what foods nourish and balance us while we make:
• Grounding Kitchari (spiced lentil & rice comfort food)

• Garlicky Spinach
• Zesty Fermented Onions
• Simple Ginger Chutney
• Exotic Stuffed Dates
After you make your meal, you’ll sit down to an elegant candle-lit dinner, finishing with another special Ayurvedic beverage.
You'll go home with a LOT more knowledge about nutrition, plus a recipe booklet with everything you made in the class.
