The activity follows a basic training routine: it starts with a warm-up, followed by the training proper, abs workout, and ends with stretching, and cool down. The training intensity can be customized according to the fitness level and background of the participant/s. For beginners, I will teach the basic stance, some punches (jab, straight), kicks (leg kick), and how to strike with the knees,…

We will be training at the front lawn (grass area) of CCP. We can also adjust our location according to our client's needs. Please bear in mind that this is a shared public space.

Le lieu

Trainings will be conducted at the Cultural Center of the Philippines grounds. It is a public space with a spacious wide lawn beautifully situated near Roxas Boulevard, where one could catch a sight of Manila Bay. People flock the area to exercise, have a stroll, and to catch some fresh air.
