In this workshop you experience how to create colored plant-based bonbons with a wonderful liquor, vegan liquor or kosher liquor filling. Please let me know when you subscribe what filling you prefer.
I promise you will have lots of fun painting a chocolate mold with my homemade colored chocolate. After that put chocolate in your colored mold to create shells. Then it is time to pipe a delicious filling in your shells. Finally learn how to seal your bonbons, in other words how to stop the filling from running.
In between all these chocolate-activities, as molds go in and out of the cooling, there is plenty of time to ask questions, have a drink, taste a piece of chocolate or use our facilities.
After 4 hours you created high-quality chocolate bonbons with a creamy alcohol filling. All my participants are always very proud of their handmade chocolates with beautiful colors and delicious fillings.
Before leaving you may want to take a picture of your chocolates to surprise your friends on Social Media, professional light equipment is available for workshop participants.
Other things to note
Lots of time people tell me they are not (very) creative. Please don’t worry whatever your skills are, I assure you will go home with incredibly beautiful and delicious plant-based chocolate. My workshop’s participants always are happy with their own creations: colors and taste equally amaze them.

Es war ein absolut gelungener Workshop und köstliche Pralinen gab es als Belohnung! Anita konnte eine sehr gemütliche freundschaftliche Erfahrung vermitteln. Sie hat stets darauf geachtet, dass wir genau wissen was wir machen und bei Fehlern geholfen diese nachzubessern. Ihr breites Background Wissen über die Herstellung der Schokolade hat sie mit einfließen lassen und wir haben einiges lernen können. Auch Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und für das leibliche Wohl aller ist auf jedenfall gesorgt. Wir durften während des Workshops auch ihre leckeren Kreationen naschen: einfach köstlich. Sie hat uns durch ihre angenehmen Art absolut begeistert, wir können diesen Workshop jedem ans Herz legen.

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis auf diese weise mit Schokolade umzugehen. Wir haben schon einmal einen Workshop gemacht aber dieses mal war es noch lehrreicher. Die Schokolade war zu jederzeit super lecker :-) Das Endprodukt hat uns sehr überzeugt. Danke für diesen sehr kurzweiligen Nachmittag.

Anita is een super leuke vrouw, ze heeft verstand van Chocolade. Met passie verteld ze over haar leven en chocolade. Mijn zusje en ik hebben super mooie en lekkere bonbons gemaakt, wij vonden het geweldig, en het is zeker de moeite waard om deze workshop te volgen.
