We'll start with basic chat about horse behaviour and staying safe, then do some Mindfulness body awareness exercise, tuning into all of your senses, feeling more in the present moment and more connected with your authentic self.
This is where horses function from, and they will guide us on how to be present in a natural and nurturing way. You can enjoy this whole activity behind a fence if you prefer, Mindfulness is embraced here too, with plenty to enjoy, observe and notice in our tranquil paddocks, surrounded by the beauty of birds, wildlife, trees, and the fresh elements of weather, which are all good for the soul. The Mindfulness experience continues, as you then have the choice to wander amongst the ponies and donkey, and I will be right there too, ensuring you have a unique experience observing them, sensing their energy and get hands on, stroking, brushing and leading these amazing animals around simple obstacles. Sense your own energy levels, use mindfulness skills and raise your own self-awareness to nourish your Wellbeing. These equine supported activities in nature help us de-stress and relax and are nurturing and healing. Horses reflect back to us subtle insights of our inner emotions and characteristics, they offer us these insights as a gift, which adds to the authentic healing experience.
