À propos de Farm Sanctuary, Inc.

Farm Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to the rescue of previously abused or neglected animals rescued from both small-scale and industrialized farms and is the oldest and largest of its kind in the U.S. We have 2 locations, in New York and California. Our NY location encompasses 275 acres–home to over 800 rescued farm animals including cows, sheep, goats, pigs, and chickens.
Il s'agit d'une expérience solidaire où l'intégralité de ce que vous payez est reversée à Farm Sanctuary, Inc.. .

Au programme

Take a 2-hour-long exclusive, behind-the-scenes sanctuary tour where you’ll experience gorgeous views of the rolling hills and beautiful vistas, and of course, have plenty of time with the rescued animals who call Farm Sanctuary home. We’ll start by meeting the cattle on their grassy pasture–among them Belinda, who was rescued from a cruelty case where she was given no access to food or water…

Autres informations utiles

Guests will be coached on safety and expected to sign a liability waiver. For their safety and that of our animal residents, companion animals are not allowed on guided tours or on the shelter grounds at any time.

Ce qu'il faut apporter

Please check the weather and come prepared.
Comfortable, closed-toe footwear is advisable. If it has rained in the past week, we recommend waterproof boots, as the sanctuary can get muddy.
Many of our animals love being in photos so don’t forget your smartphones and cameras!
