Nous ferons du vélo sur la côte Est de la Sicile, où les anciens Grecs vivaient ici il y a des siècles et des siècles! C'est la raison principale pour laquelle cette zone est appelée "Magna Grecia", c'est-à-dire les colonies italiennes de la Grèce antique. Si vous aimez les sports de plein air et que vous voulez profiter du temps idéal en Sicile, venez rouler! Au cours de cette expérience d'une demi-journée, nous verrons ensemble des joyaux cachés de la région, tels qu'un temple grec, des champs abandonnés, des plages incroyables. (Nous pouvons organiser différentes heures, demandez s'il vous plaît) le trajet dure environ 3 heures, mais n'ayez pas peur de votre niveau de vélo, nous ne poussons pas trop fort :-) Autres remarques Cette expérience dépend des conditions météorologiques. Nous utilisons des planches de PADDLE rigides, des équipements stables et professionnels, et non des produits gonflables de mauvaise qualité. Si c'est votre première fois sur un stand-up paddle et que vous êtes prêt à vivre une expérience estivale totale, c'est la bonne pour vous ! Nous nous retrouverons au petit port de Syracuse. De là, en fonction du vent et des conditions météorologiques, nous ferons le tour de la célèbre île d'Ortigia ou directement dans les grottes. Ortigia est l'une des îles les plus caractéristiques de la côte est sicilienne et vous pouvez avoir une vue incroyable sur tout le port et le château de Syracuse depuis la mer! J'ai exceptionnellement décidé de vous donner une option: si la journée est bonne pour les vagues, nous pouvons transformer notre expérience de STAND-UP PADDLE en surf une expérience de surf, en allant au spot de surf le plus proche - c'est à vous de décider! IMPORTANT: Toutes les excursions sont effectuées dans le respect des niveaux de risque volcanique, donc, le tour peut varier en fonction du niveau de criticité de l’activité Rendez-vous à Piano Provenzana 1800mt (Etna Nord), seul versant qui permet actuellement la montée au sommet en toute sécurité. En 4x4, en admirant le paysage typique de l’Etna, nous monterons jusqu’à 2825mt (Piano delle Concazze) Ici, commencerons l’ascension d’environ 2h jusqu’au bord du cratère à une altitude de 3.320mt Nous marcherons sur le spectaculaire bord du cratère central, nous nous affairerons sur le vertigineux cratère du nord-est et nous verrons à nos côtés le célèbre cratère du sud-est, auteur des éruptions les plus récentes et les plus impressionnantes. Nous admirerons un environnement volcanique unique au monde, avec des émissions de gas, des bombes volcaniques, et les couleurs scintillantes dues à la sublimation de divers éléments, dont le soufre en particulier. Le sentier de descente panoramique sera caractérisé par de fines cendres volcaniques et des scories avec vue sur la côte sicilienne. Tout au long du parcours, le guide expliquera l’histoire, la formation et les particularités du volcan. Surrounded by a lunar landscape, we will learn to understand and explore Mount Etna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its beauty and uniqueness. Strolling along the largest volcano in Europe, you will admire the imposing volcanic structure with its typical flora and fauna. We will visit one of the most fascinating sites where you can watch the sunset together (you will not see the sun setting but only appreciate the colors). We will enter a lava tube, created during the volcano's eruptions, equipped with a helmet and flashlights. It will be fascinating to discover not only their creation, but also the secrets that they hide so jealously in their darkness. Sono Manuela e ti darò il benvenuto nella nostra azienda agricola di famiglia che si trova in una cava di pietra riqualificata. Faremo una passeggiata nei nostri campi per riconoscere le piante spontanee, i fiori eduli e raccogliere i frutti che utilizzeremo per preparare un autentico pasto siciliano. Al rientro dalla passeggiata metteremo le mani in pasta utilizzando le nostre farine integrali di grano antico siciliano molito a pietra per la pasta fresca. Prepareremo i "cavatelli", una pasta fresca condita con salse di stagione che degusteremo insieme al nostro vino naturale e un dolce tipico siciliano che ti insegnerò a preparare accompagnato dalle grappe della casa. Excursion sur l’Etna en jeep et randonnée pour visiter les cratères, les grottes et la dernière éruption. Nous partons de votre hôtel s'il est situé dans la ville de Zafferana etnea ou de notre point de rendez-vous avec une confortable jeep o minivan 4×4, en direction du nord-est. Après quelques kilomètres, nous nous arrêterons à l'intérieur du parc national accessible par un guide autorisé, car il y a environ 45 cratères. Après une promenade d'environ 40 minutes, nous visiterons 5 cratères, dont l'un est encore ouvert et vous pourrez voir la taille réelle d'un cratère. Dans cette région, nous observerons tous les types de lave, minéraux, désert volcanique et plantes pionnières de notre volcan. Après avoir visité les cratères en altitude, nous ferons 2 km de véhicules tout-terrain avec notre jeep pour découvrir la dernière grande éruption qui a détruit l'ancien centre touristique. Enfin, avec les lampes fournies par nos soins, nous visiterons les petits cratères à l’intérieur (caverne) d’une chambre d’expansion et d’une fracture volcanic La visite sera effectuée dans des zones d’intérêt volcanologique et scientifique avec un guide expert et qualifié. We star with a nice walk in our Botanical Garden to be inspired by the beauty of succulent and tropical plants. Some leaves and plants will be collected to print later in the Studio. Guided by Helena -botanical print expert- you will learn all the steps of the printing technique and create your own artwork on fabric or paper. It is open for all levels, also families are welcome as kids will have lots of fun creating with plants. We will provide you all what you need but consider that It is also nice to print on your own cloths to give them a new life and a personal touch. T-shirt are perfect to do so!. You can also print on fabric to create a wall-decoration, or make it into a cushion, a table runner or other house decoration... The secret love pool, one of nature's pearls, is located on the edge of the ghost town destroyed by an earthquake in 1693. We will go through the town, now reclaimed by nature, visiting the most important remains of derelict buildings, testimonies of the flourishing past of one of the once most important cities of Sicily. Then we will take an easy walk along a 2800 year old road that will take us to the bottom of the canyon where a stunning stream with lots of fresh pool, waterfalls and lush nature will blow your mind away. This path won many adwards its by far the most complite path of my hikes, a perfect mix between stunning nature and mind blowing archeology. On our 2.5 hours Street Food Tour you'll see the highlights of the historic center of Siracusa, living the island as a local and taste lots of local specialties. The tour always have vegetarian options! See some of the main sights of the city, including Via Cavour, the Jewish Quarter, the Local Market, and more. While you stroll around the beating heart of Siracusa I’ll take you to taste the famous Arancino, a traditional rice ball with ragú (bolognese sauce) that will tickle your taste buds. Si proseguirà alla scoperta delle grotte marine. Entreremo in questi anfratti della costa per ammirare stalattiti, stalagmiti, fiori corallini e tante forme originali frutto dell’estro creativo della natura. Ci ritroveremo presso l’infopoint Syracuse Excursion e da lì saliremo in barca.partendo dallo spettacolare canale di ortigia andremo a visitare l’intera costa di Siracusa da nord a sud. Le belle paesaggistiche e storiche vi lasceranno senza fiato. Cullati dalla barca e dal profumo del mare ci addentreremo tra le rocciose coste della parte nord e sud della costa di Siracusa. Immancabile ovviamente la sosta per fare un bagno nelle cristalline acque.
