Shower room with shaving point, hair dryer. This is a nice compact recently refurbished flat. Access by stairs .
Double Bedroom Flat- BurntwoodSelf Contained one bedroom flat. Easy access to Lichfield, Cannock Chase, Birmingham and the Toll Road. The accomodation has been fitted out to a high standard. Spacious open plan living room and kitchen with washer, tumble dryer. fridge freezer, convection microwave, halogen oven, health grill/panini maker, electric fry pan, omlette maker and wide screen TV. Spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Huge bed. Little fuss.The bedroom is a minimalistic design, with 3 plain cream walls and one black wall. A big bed, 2 wardrobes and a side table complete the set up along with a full length mirror. All guests will have access to the bathroom in the property whilst enjoying complete privacy of their own bedroom. They will have access to a kitchen which contains all essential cooking equipment too. As the host I will be occupying the remaining room in my house as my bedroom so it will not be accessible to guests.
