This bohemian style artist's loft space has tons of character. Tucked away in a 150-year-old historical casket factory, the building has been converted into unique studio spaces for artists and creatives of all sorts! Truly the last of its kind in the downtown core, conveniently located in the King West 10-minute walk to CN Tower/Rogers center, Queen West, King West, Kensington market and the Waterfront! Very accessible to Billy Bishop, Pearson and easy TTC access!
Unique brick and beam artist's loft, clawfoot bathtub, lots of natural light! It is truly lovable and a gem you will not find anywhere else. Ideal for those looking for an authentic Toronto experience amongst some amazing artists and talented individuals who occupy the building. It is part of a historic and legendary artistic hub in the city!
Please note this unit is considered a hard-loft, therefore there are exposed pipes, and it has a warehouse feel. I have built and renovated the majority of the inside of the unit myself to give it a homey and cozy vibe, giving it tons of unique quirks and character.

Please note there is not a full functioning kitchen: no oven, and no microwave. Stove top and fridge are available for use. Not really ideal for a lot cooking, but you can find tons of amazing food options in the area! Sushi, Latin, Pubs, upscale, or casual, you name it. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations, I am an expert in the field :)
Keep in mind it is a heritage loft building, so along with its amazing character, you might hear the sounds of the exposed pipes which provide heating in the colder months. Otherwise, it is fairly quiet and offers a lot of privacy!
No smoking, no loud parties or noise past 11pm, please! Not a party space!
