During autumn / winter we can offer a real treat for families or couples: we are able to heat the swimming pool super warm to 32 degrees Celsius, meaning the pool is almost a big hot tub! There is an extra cost for this but it is really special.

Our home is a beautifully presented detached four bedroom house set in a private road in one of the most sought after locations in Brighton and Hove. Situated between the city and the south downs our house offers spacious entertaining space both inside and outside. A south garden benefiting from all day sun is complemented with the rare bonus of a heated swimming pool. NOTE POOL CLOSED FROM Nov through MARCH! The pool is open from April through Oct and heated to 26c ( May through Sept ). For an extra bit of luxury and well worth the optional additional charge for a short stay we may be able to heat the pool extra warm to 30c so that it can be enjoyed whatever the weather. We can extra heat the pool in April and Oct (when it is not heated as part of your booking) please enquire for cost. While the house is in the city of Brighton and Hove the surroundings are protected woodlands and public parkland giving the house a secluded rural feeling. You are booking the entire house which will be solely and privately occupied by you as we live locally off site but can be contacted at any time.
This is a family home and will be perfectly suited to families or small groups wishing to celebrate special occasions or for a couple wanting a romantic getaway. Please note that the house is only intended for the guests checking in and not to be used as a party venue.
The house offers the opportunity to enjoy the city and surrounding area and / or simply relax in a peaceful and luxurious surrounding.
The ground floor comprises a large modern open plan kitchen and family room with bi-fold doors leading onto a sun drenched decked terrace and garden. Off the kitchen is a cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
The family room area has a sofa and chairs for relaxing together with a quality music system for playing the music of your choice. Adjacent to this room is the large lounge and dining room. The lounge has a large corner style sofa and TV. The dining area has a large extending dining table and 12 chairs.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms on the first floor are all double with a shared bathroom with bath and separate wet room style shower. The Master bedroom is a new loft conversion comprising a large bedroom with one King size bed and one single and a fold out bed,This room has ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors into a south facing terrace overlooking the garden. The third bedroom has 1 double and 1 single beds and share the same terrace with bedroom 2.The fourth bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed and it is at the front of the house. All beds are dressed in quality duvets and bed linen. All bedrooms overlook green spaces and trees. PLEASE NOTE 2 nights minimum stay at weekends (must include fri and sat nights).

Whilst we accommodate up to 10 guests we may not be able to host larger groups during the low season, weekdays or for one night stays (max 6 persons).There is private parking for up to 4 cars at the house.
PLEASE NOTE that due to high demand we request a minimum 2 nights stay at weekends and 3 nights minimum for Bank holidays.
Brighton Pride weekend, Christmas and New Year 3 nights minimum stay . Only bath towels provided. We do not provide toiletries. We use feather duvets. Please take your shoes off upstairs, we have light carpets and we will prefer if food is not consumed in the bedrooms, specially by children. Thanks!
