Connie is a vintage caravan positioned perfectly among the poplar trees to give guests a little hideaway to relax and enjoy themselves.

Connie can sleep up to two adults with a proper innerspring mattress. A bathroom with shower and toilets is very close by, as is a kitchen guests can use if required.

The kitchen has a fridge, hot plates, microwave and dishwasher.

Connie is a little, lovely restored caravan situated under the tall poplar trees and surrounded by gardens.

Everything you need is included, including a private deck and plenty of parking.

It's a short walk to the shared kitchen, bathroom and showers - about 30 meters from Connie. Umbrellas are available if it's raining to keep you dry (though you probably won't need them).

We've also got free bikes you can borrow to get around the area, into town or even to MONA.

NOTE: If you're booking for Hobart's colder months, we have heaps of blankets for you and there's also an electric heater.

Clive and I have lived in Hobart our whole lives, and know the ins and outs of it intimately!

We love to travel overseas and also locally, making the most of the beautiful Tasmanian bush – we regularly going hiking and on camping trips.

We both love good Tasmanian wine and have a small vineyard on the outskirts of Hobart.

The Hall and The Barn is part of a historic family property where Clive grew up, and we have lived here - bringing up our own family - for over 30 years.

We're able to relate stories of its heritage and interesting historic aspects and origins, so if you're interested just ask! We are looking forward to sharing our piece of history with visitors.
