The Mar Menor with local port and Mediterranean with many beaches are around the corner as well as several of Europe's most famous golf courses. A small park is behind the house and a large children play ground at 200 meters. Also the town center with all amentities (shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars) is at walking distance. At 2 km is Dos Mares, a nice, new shopping centre with a food court. In La Zenia - 20 minutes drive to the north - is a huge shopping centre and at another 10 minutes drive are two aquaparks - Flamingo and Aquopolis - in Torrevieja. A 30 minutes drive to the south brings you to the city of Cartagena or to Calblanque, a national park with beatiful beaches and rock formations with lovely small bays.

As an entrepreneur and purchase manager of seeds and dried fruits (chia seeds, cranberries, mulberries, goji berries, Inca berries, etc.) I travel all over the world. Our villa in Spain is great to chill out away from it all and enjoy the Spanish lifestyle and the delicious food. The Mar Menor - perfect for practicing various water sports - with its beautiful beaches is nearby as well as many of Europe's top ranking golf courses. While traveling abroad I am always warmly welcomed and are at times even invited to sleep in people's homes. Therefore, I would like to share our villa near the Mar Menor - proclaimed by WHO as the healthiest climate in Europe - with other people from around the world. Our host Raúl, who lives right across the street, provides the keys, gives the introduction tour of the villa, keeps the private pool clean and can tell you of things to do in the area and knows the best places to eat, drink and go out. Your neighbour across the street is also your host and will hand you the keys, introduce you to the villa and keep the private pool clean. He can of course tell you what to do and where to go for food, drinks and partying. Besides Spanish, he speaks well English. He is your local contact person and will solve any isues if they might happen.
