Generator is normally started within 2 minutes in case of any electric power failure (powers all outlets). The apartment (Scandi Boracay "Scandi Villas" building 3) is 1 stair up just besides the swimming pool which is free to use.

There's a smaller iron board, a steam iron and hairdryer (cold/warm) for you in the apartment also.

Free Wi-Fi, (5G). I have measured 300 Mbps at most but normally you will get around 200 Mbps download speed.

The 1BR apartment at Scandi Boracay is brand new (2017), and you will have it all for yourself ("Scandi Villas", building 3), 5 minutes walk to White Beach Station 2 and to the island's main shopping center "D'Mall" with many restaurants and boutiques. 3 minutes walk to Craft supermarket, Korean and Chinese grocery stores or Bulabog Beach (known as the tranquil area of the island, loved by kitesurfers). Guests chose Scandi Boracay Apartments to be far enough from the busy areas but still close enough to have walking access to Boracay Islands most popular areas. There is also a gym 3 minutes away "Iron Throne" (bamboo house... around 40 peso).

Scandi Boracay Apartments is accredited by the Philippines Department of Tourism (DOT). A booking at a DOT listed accommodation is mandatory to be allowed to go to Boracay Island from Caticlan. Guards are available 24h/7 at the gate. They will take care of you when you arrive and provide you with any information.

At the gate you can also order drinking water for the water dispenser (delivered to the apartment).

House keeping staff and maintenance staff are available daily at the compound for any questions. Please find phone numbers to all staff at the house rules flyer in the kitchen.

At the gate we also have a medical clinic and pharmacy.

I am fluent in French, English and Swedish (mother tongue). I will communicate with you before your arrival and during your stay. Feel free to send me any questions!

At the compound most staff speak both Filipino and English, and some even Norwegian.
