The place is very pet friendly and affordable right in the heart of 30-A. You are super close to a great location called the hub or can cruise down to seaside for some food, drinks, shopping after a day on the beach.

The apartment need serious construction attention as well as design and aesthetics. The listing still claims a pool but it is under construction. There were no proper skillets to cook in, just pots, and overall the place looked unfinished. It’s a shame because the location is…
