As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

The Hale Nani Ikena Kai beach villa at Ko Olina offers exactly what its name suggests; a home with a “Beautiful Ocean View”. Spectacular direct whitewater ocean and beach views will be what greets you at this upscale, luxurious GROUND floor OCEANFRONT Villa, (located on the very front row of the coveted Beach Tower), where you will be only steps away to the soft sand and crystal clear lagoon. It is so close to the ocean, you can hear the waves! Come and experience paradise!

One of only two ground floor beachfront villas, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is closer to the beach than any other Ko Olina Resort residence.

THE VILLA:
Originally the building model, this beautifully appointed 2BR/2BA ground floor villa offers 1575 sq ft of modern yet comfortable living space, which includes a 260 sq ft lanai. Enjoy the split floor plan offering ultimate privacy, whether spent with family or friends.

The master bedroom offers a California King sized bed and Flat Screen TV
Guest bedroom offers two twin beds or a converted king bed upon request.

Both bedrooms have sliding doors that directly access the outdoor, lush lanai. The spacious spa-like bathrooms are beautifully tiled with custom woodwork. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Top of the line stainless steel appliances adorn the fully stocked, Roy Yamaguchi designed chefs kitchen. The living area boasts wall to wall glass sliding doors which disappear so you can truly enjoy the expansive lanai and step out onto the cool grass, experiencing indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Beach toys, chairs, towels, and a cooler all provided for your fun in the sun! (Central AC)

THE RESORT:
Stroll through acres of lush, tropical grounds admiring the beautifully stocked koi ponds and streams. Work out in the private fitness center or cool off in one of the two unique pools. (Within the gated grounds lies an Olympic size lap pool and a one-of-a-kind lagoon style pool, both with a spa/hot tub.) Be captivated by the sunset from your lanai patio area, or from the beachside bar that serves refreshing drinks and snacks.

Swim in the four crystal-clear blue lagoons, go for a walk along the seaside promenade and set sail from the resorts private marina with 330 full service slips.
