We love Minneapolis and want to show off our local artists and makers. Come sample local music, chocolate, coffee, beer, art, furniture, and more in this Lowry Hill oasis.

Your pad is a spacious and well-equipped 900-sq. ft, 2 bedroom garden apt with lots of light and an open floor plan.

Close to Downtown, Uptown, the Convention Center, the Chain of Lakes, and the Walker Art Center. Favorite restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and grocery stores are also within walking distance.

Le logement
The neighborhood, with its scenic winding streets and beautiful historic homes, is a perfect place to take a stroll.

The apartment is outfitted with comfy yet minimal modern furnishings. The open floor plan is ideal for enjoying the space together, while the two bedrooms offer quiet and privacy.

Accès des voyageurs
Separate, keypad entrance to the garden level unit on the east side of the house.

Autres remarques
We will have the kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, and a few snacks.

Please note: The driveway and garage are reserved for long-term tenants, but there is plenty of onstreet parking available.

Lowry Hill is a quiet neighborhood filled with historic mansions, tucked in between Uptown and Downtown Minneapolis. It was named after Thomas Lowry, a late nineteenth century real estate mogul and trolley tycoon, and maintains its status as one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. Residents enjoy being equally close to the hustle and bustle and natural spaces, with large parks and the Chain of Lakes within walking distance. Minneapolis is an active city year-round, and visitors will see walkers, runners, and bikers out an about no matter what the weather.

I'm a city planner with a speciality in historic preservation and love Minneapolis! I enjoy researching the history of Minneapolis, our neighborhood, and the cities that my wife and I travel to; our most recent trips were to New York City, Portland, and Los Angeles. I can’t live without podcasts these days, especially The Daily, The New Washington, Reply All, Longform, and Sound Opinions (accompanied by a Spotify account). In addition, we love to cook and go out to restaurants. We eat everything but enjoy cooking vegetarian, vegan (Isa Chandra Moskowitz is our favorite cookbook author hands down), and gluten free. I am also on the journey to make the perfect cup of coffee. We bought our dream house and created the airbnb unit first. We hope you agree that it is a charming space for either business or leisure travel. We love Minneapolis, know it well, and want you to have a great stay. We are happy to provide you a private space or have conversations and help provide restaurant and entertainment recommendations.
