Well furnished apartment with fully equipped and functional kitchen, gated building with a 24/7 Security guard, Swimming pool, play area and free WIFi.
Everything including beach, supermarkets, ATM, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and bars at a walking distance.

The Guest will have access to Living room, Kitchen, Bedroom (Double Bed), Bathroom. Also, the Society has a swimming pool which is accessible for the guests.

Its my house (and not a hotel room). Its in a gated building with other families around. I expect you to treat it as you would treat your own house. Making a mess, being noisy and creating in general nuisance will not be tolerated.
