Luxurious & Quite Ground Floor 2 bed 1 bath apartment in a great location. This modern apartment consists of entrance hall, Bathroom, Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen & Balcony. It benefits from excellent local amenities and is very well serviced by public transport with a Luas Stop (Mayor Square NCI) right outside. Great location a short walk from the Convention Centre Dublin and 3Arena. Bord Gas Theatre is only 10 minutes walking distance. Apartment block is gated with 24 hour security.

I renovated this city centre apartment recently to make it the best place to stay downtown. It's modern and stylish and I have everything you'll need to chill out, relax and enjoy Dublin. No need to pack a hairdryer or iron, I've got you covered! There's a market in the Square opposite on Wednesday's with all kinds of delicious food. Or, on Saturdays I like to stroll a little further into the Farmer's Market in Temple Bar. The food is so fresh and you can feel free to use my kitchen to cook up a treat. And when the summer rolls around you can eat out on the balcony. There's a convenience store right across the street that sells pretty much everything, including wine, beer and liquor. There's also a pharmacy, a gym, and there's some great local yoga studios.

I'm also happy to give you tips for things to do and great places to eat for whatever the budget. Otherwise, the place is all yours.

Not suitable for pets No parties or events Enjoy yourself! And the usuals: don't smoke in the apartment (there's a nice sheltered balcony for you though), no pets, and keep the noise to a minimum for the neighbours at night. It's our home, after all.

The IFSC apartments are conveniently located around the IFSC area in Dublin City Centre. They are located in a quiet area that is just a short walk away from all of the key tourist attractions in Dublin. Not as lively as the main tourist areas such as Temple Bar, however, the IFSC has plenty to offer including many bars and restaurants. It is a fantastic central location for those who want to explore all that Dublin City centre has to offer. We are ideally located for those looking for IFSC accommodation for business travel. The accommodation is also near the 3 Arena and the Convention Centre Dublin which are both a mere 2 minute walk away. Dublin’s top attractions are on our doorstep including 3 Arena, Convention Centre Dublin, Dublin Castle, O’Connell Street, Henry Street & Trinity College Dublin. The Heart of Dublin’s Financial District, Dublin’s International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) is a modern city quarter housing some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
