HOUSE RULES

To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the house rules for private accommodation.
Violation of house rules may result in cancellation of booking, and charging the full cost of stay regardless of the shorter stay
1. Accommodation is at your disposal from the 2 рm on your arrival day till the 12 рm on your departure day.
2. The host is at your service during your stay for all the information and help you may need. If you have any comments on the quality of accommodation, immediately contact the host.
3. Please take good care of the rented apartment/room and turn off electric appliances and taps before you go out. Do not use the air-conditioner with open doors and windows.
4. If some of equipment does not work properly or do not work at all please contact management.
5. It is forbidden to destroy and damage the furniture and equipment in the apartment and disturb the other guests. Noise and rumble are forbidden as well, particularly during the rest and sleep time (from 3 pm till 5 pm; from 11pm till 8 am).
6. Inventory of the apartment can’t be used by unregistered guests. Visitors are not allowed during the night time from 9pm until 9 am.
7. Pets are allowed only with the permission of the host. Bringing pets without prior announcement in the reservation is not allowed.
8. Please take care of the rented accommodation and the applicable consideration for the furniture and equipment in the interior and exterior of the house.
9. Guests who intentionally or unintentionally cause damage to the property are obligated to reimburse the full amount of damage.
10. Guests are required to take care of their belongings left in the accommodation and the management is not responsible for the safety, damage or lost of it . When you go out be sure that doors and windows are locked.
11. At the day of departure, the guests are obliged to invite the manager, to check, in their presence, apartment and house appliances, in order to make sure there are no damages.
12. In a case the management cancels accommodation due to violation of the house rules, the guests will be required to pay total amount for the accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.
13. If you decide to terminate your reservation earlier than agreed, payment must be made for the whole period you have reserved.
14. Smoking inside the apartments is strictly forbidden.
15. Upon arrival at the apartment submit identification documents of all the guests to the manager in order to be on time and properly registered.
16. It is implied that, upon arrival and checking in, the guests are familiar with the house rules and agree to obligations and conditions prescribed by it. Any disputes that cannot be resolved in the agreement with the property owner will be resolved through police intervention or in court of law. Complaints will be considered only if they have been reported during the stay.
The House rules follow the custom and practice of the catering and tourism industry.
