This lovely, contemporary and cosy apartment is a 50sqm space composed by one beautiful bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchen/living room. The neighborhood NoLo is an emerging hotspot in Milan, full of grocery shops and restaurants. It's located at 3 minutes walk from the subway (red line) that will take you downtown in 6 stops (approx. 8 min). It's a 15 minutes bike ride to Duomo. The apartment was just completely renewed and it's ready to welcome you!

Le logement
I have no doubt you will love your staying in the place as it's authentic, with a modern design and brand new! You will have the whole flat for you and you are very welcome to use it with respect. Please wash your dishes after you use them and leave them as you found them. We will charge extra 15 € cleaning fee if we find the dishes dirty at the check out. Please mind that if you use the bathtub we need you to be very careful not to spill water on the wooden floor as it will damage it, thanks for the attention.

Accès des voyageurs
Just feel free to use what you need, from coffee to cookies, from food to shampoo, what's in the flat is for you! If you have time feel free to refill what you took. You will find a complementary bottle of wine, please mind that the other bottles are for sale and have a tag price on them!

Autres remarques
Please do not smoke in the apartment! Please also note that for late (21:00 to 22:30) check-ins you may need to spend a small 15 euro extra for the person that will be waiting for you as we will use a taxi to go back home but normally NO check-ins after 2230 (ask before the reservation and if it's possible we will agree a later check in but you will always have to cover the taxi expenses both ways that are 30 euros).

Emplacement

Milan, Lombardia, Italie

This is a multicultural neighborhood which gives you a lot of culinary opportunities. It's also full of small shops where you can find anything you need until late hours. The red line subway is at 2 minutes walk so you can be anywhere around in 10/15 minutes. The most important shops street is at 5-10 minutes walk (Corso Buenos Aires). Friday there is a lovely fruit market in the morning. Central station is a 15 minutes walk or three stops of subway.

The neighborhood is super cool, it's called NoLo. Chinese restaurant Wang Jiao and Jubim 2 (just beside) are some of the best in town, trattoria Da Abele in via Temperanza is open since more than 30 years and it's one of the traditional places where to eat typical italian food. Inside the Mercato Comunale just at the corner great bars and reastaurants for a typical local experience. La Taverna dei Terroni is another great and typical italian restaurant, only a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Ghe pensi mi is a most fabulous bar and place where to meet locals. You will find dozens of nice restaurants around the neighborhood. Parking is not a problem near by, they are all blu lines so on the daytime you must pay by buying the tickets in the tabacchi, it's free by night. I wouldn't come by car as it's really easy to move around. Corso Buenos Aires is the biggest shopping street in Milano and it's just a few blocks from home!
