Le logement
The apartment is ideal for young families or as a romantic hideaway for two and offers two bedrooms, living room and a well equipped kitchen all with a magnificent sea view. The large outdoor terrace facing the Mediterranean Sea to the south and the large shaded garden area to the north offer convenient areas for dinners as well as a cold beer.
The garden is fenced on all sides giving privacy and safety for children.

The main bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the sun terrace, with sea view. The guest room has two single beds that can be put together. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with hangers. The bathroom has a toilet, thermostat shower and a basin.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a 4-plate glass hob with oven, cooker hood, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, toaster, water kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and an assortment of plates, glasses and utensils.

The sun terrace has a washing machine, two sun beds, a clothesline and a retractable awning offering shade.

The gated community pool area, with a children’s section, is well maintained with furniture and showers. The car can be parked for free at the street level or inside the secured community garage (with tag access) located under the building.

Please note there are a few flights of stairs to climb in order to reach the property located on a hillside. Please use our secure underground parking to eliminate many of the stairs. Entering the apartment you will be rewarded by the stunning panoramic view!.

Autres remarques
Upon arrival you will find a Welcome Guest binder explaining how to use the A/C unit (heat/cool), microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, the Smart-TV and the Brita water purifier. The binder will also inform you about many places and restaurants you should not miss to explore during your stay.

To make it easy for you we do not charge you for WiFi*, Internet, Electricity and Water. PLEASE save on energy and water consumption to keep it free also for future guests.
The ducted air conditioning is connected to all rooms and the bathroom.

For your safety we have installed two smoke alarms and two fire extinguishers. The main entrance door is high security and all sliding doors are secured by locking bolts. The showers have thermostat control and hot water is limited to 60°C to avoid accidents.

The Cable TV offers all Spanish TV channels including cartoons. The Smart-TV connects to our WiFi to access Internet, YouTube or your personal Netflix account.
