The room is located in the second floor loft area of a renovated barn. Accommodations include one queen-sized bed; full bathroom with double sink and tub/shower; fully functioning and equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. 1/2 mile from town and 3 miles from town beach. This is a single private bedroom. The bath and kitchen are shared with the owner who works during the day.

The loft space has beautiful hardwood floors and exposed beams. Rooms are tastefully styled with antiques and original art to create a space of ease, comfort and unique charm. Property is 3 miles from coast and beach pass included for weekly/monthly rentals.

Please note that the property is a country home and although we keep our house extremely clean, there will be the occasional spider and possible mouse sighting (rare but possible).
