Drover's Way is located on the edge of Downtown AVL with free onsite parking! With a large room downstairs and sitting areas off the bedrooms upstairs, a couple can easily find office space for remote working yet still enjoy having the benefits of a whole house to live comfortably with space to relax in. The house has 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, front porch with rockers, and best of all, it's within a block of Archetype Brewing, High 5 Coffee, & Five Points Diner.

Le logement
Monthly rental! Since the pandemic began, more people are working remotely and wanting to isolate from other people. At Drover's Way you have the best of both worlds (monthly rental now). You can walk up the street to pick up take out food from some of Asheville's best restaurants, and bring it back to enjoy on the porch. Work from home with our high speed wifi (fast enough to support multiple people on Zoom calls), then enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen, relaxing and unwinding. Of course, even during COVID, it's so easy to drive up to the Blue Ridge Parkway for hiking, biking and picnicking, and just a 5 minute walk from the house is the new Reed Creek Greenway for strolling and biking that so many of us in Asheville are so happy about. We feel really lucky to be able to ride this out in Asheville, NC.

Please take note of our cancellation policy. As we issued dozens of refunds when covid first began, we now know that the world is uncertain. We are on Broadway St., in the Five Points neighborhood, right next to Downtown Asheville. We love being within walking distance of all the fun things Downtown offers, while having the luxury of free on-site parking and a front porch to relax on. Walk through the Montford neighborhood to see an impressive array of Victorian houses. The Reed Creek Trail is newly developed greenway, which starts just down the block, across from the kitschy and fabulous Five Points Diner. Take that all the way to the Botanical Garden and the UNCA campus, which hosts our favorite Saturday morning farmers market. Enjoy a cocktail that's not too precious or trendy at Little Jumbo, caddy corner from the house. Tell the owners that we sent you! Being a few minutes walk from our small Whole Foods (Greenlife), Trader Joes and Harris Teeter is very convenient as well. As our neighbor Stuart once said, "I can walk right over and get an onion." OK, if that's what you want, Stuart, go for it!
