This is an absolute gem of a getaway house!! Enjoy a 1,000 sq ft guest house on a beautifully landscaped 2.5 acres nestled within its own private gate. You will have a secure two car garage to park vehicles. Once home, enjoy the amenities which includes a full chef’s kitchen, washer/dryer and gas fireplace in the common living area. The room with the king bed is a Cal king Purple mattress. Just outside your door awaits the pool and spa. Take in the serenity and peace of this exclusive property!

The guest house is located about a half mile from the American River and Sailor Bar Park, which is 114 acres of beauty and complete with bicycle paths. It’s a great place to take the kids to play on the river. There are many trails as well if you are looking to go for a family hike, bicycling or get in that early morning run.

The Golden 1 Center and the Cal Expo in Sacramento are both 25 minutes from the guest house. Napa wine country is only 1 hour 30 minutes away, beautiful Lake Tahoe is 1 hour 45 minutes away and the iconic city of San Francisco is 2 hours away.
