Welcome to our quaint 3 bedroom holiday home in Morley located directly across from a large park with a playground and BBQ facilities.
Undercover carport parking for 2 cars plus additional off road parking.
Convenience store, cafe, fish & chip shop located at the end of the street just a short stroll away.
The bus stop across from the park will take you to the Galleria shopping mall which has a main bus connection hub to the Perth CBD & beyond.
10 minutes drive to the Swan Valley Wine region.

Le logement
Our 3 bedroom home on the park has been set up for AirBnb purposes and suitable for couples, families and small groups. Each guest will be supplied with fresh towels, fresh sheets on all beds, shampoo, body wash and amenities.
On entrance the lounge room is located at the front of the house with a large couch, TV and DVD player.
A powerful air-conditioning/heating unit will carry from the lounge room through to the back of the house.
The open plan kitchen and dining area has been set up for 6 people with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove. A Nespresso machine is supplied (Bring your own coffee pods), toaster, kettle, juicer, multiple plates, crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans for cooking meals, plus plastic plates and cups suitable for children.
Complimentary Tea, Instant Coffee, Hot Chocolate, sugar and milk are provided. Butter & condiments, cooking oil, salt & pepper available. Instant noodles for snacks are also an additional compliment for your stay. Located in the fridge, freezer & pantry.
(Walk to the deli at the end of the street for other supplies.)


Three bedrooms lead off the main open plan kitchen/dining area.
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed with block out blinds. Double sliding mirror wardrobe storage with hangers plus a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. Privacy locked handle with key.
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed with memory foam mattress, clothes rack/hangers and mirror.
Bedroom 3 - Bunk Bed with 2 single mattresses plus clothes rack/hangers.
Additional -
A single rollaway bed is available for the 7th guest and can be set up in Bedroom 3 next to the bunk beds.
A queen size airbed is available for alternative sleeping arrangements on request.
A portacot is available on request. Please note we do not supply foam mattresses with portacot hire due to the increased risk of SIDS when a mattress is used. We ask that you bring your own portacot bedding and suggest the use of a Portacot Padded Sheet.

Modern renovation to the bathroom with a large shower and high pressure shower head. (note: shower only - 1x baby bath elevated on a stand is available plus an additional toddler bath on request.)

Morley is a safe suburb in Perth located 20 minutes drive from the CBD.
Our homestay is opposite a large park with bbq facilities and a playground.
Walk to the end of the street to the convenience store for any staples you may need. Pick up some fish and chips in the evening or grab breakfast at Flamingo cafe in the morning.
The Galleria Shopping centre, food hall, restaurants and Cinemas are a short 5 minute drive away.
The airport is just 10 minutes drive and you may wish to catch UBER or hire a rental car.

The beautiful Swan Valley Wine region is a 10 minute drive away. There are plenty of scenic vineyards and famous wineries to visit for tastings and lunch. Check out my recommendations in the guidebook section.

Beaufort Street is a 10 minute drive and bustling with cafes, restaurants and bars.
