In my house, I have 5 rooms, each room to rent per day is $55. To rent two rooms $55x2=110/day. To rent three rooms $55x3=$165. Each room is equipped with queen-size beds. The games room is pretty large and is free to use. It has a 55 inch Samsung Tv, DVD, and gym.

All the rooms are on the first floor. The first floor has laundry, a game room, and a bathroom.
I have two living room, one kitchen, 3 and a half bathroom, two dining places and one hall.
Guest are welcome to use the dining hall but should clean up after use.
My room is next to the living room in the downstairs.
No smoking is allowed in the room. Guest can use laundry for an extra $5. Free coffee can be prepared. We have free cereals for breakfast. A microwave is allowed to use for free. Guest is allowed to cook their own food using the kitchen for $5 per day. Guests should bring their own towels. Guest should do their own bathroom room cleanup and vacuum their room.
Autres remarques
No alcohol is allowed inside the house. No smoking is allowed. The owner will be present to open the door for the guest 24/7. No loud music allowed. No music after 10:00 p.m.
