On the day of arrival will be required to ensure the signing of the lease in accordance with the local laws.


The validity of the lease would begin from 15:00 on the day of arrival. (Unless stated otherwise).


The termination of the contract is by 12:00 on the day of departure. (Unless stated otherwise).


The delay in the output phase will be interpreted as a breach of the rental conditions and therefore punishable. If the tenant does not arrive on the date provided in the rent, for any reason must promptly inform us.





If objects, furniture and tools were to be compromised, broken and not in good condition when you arrive you must immediately inform our staff who will contact the landlord to repair them as soon as possible. Tenants will be held accountable for flaws and damage to property, will be charged against them the costs of necessary repairs, after a "bad habit", omission and negligence in the maintenance of objects, furniture, tools and accessories that are present in 'property at the entrance.



Drawbacks

We can't be held responsible for irregularities and failures with regard to water, electricity and telephone supplies, etc., when these are produced by third parties or public entities involved with the work in the vicinity.



Home Cleaning


On the day of termination of the contact the property must be left clean as it was delivered at the moment of the beginning of the contract. . We invite you to be particularly vigilant on this point before you sign the contract . If this clause is not respected, a sum of variable amount will be deducted from the deposit.



1.- Si Vd. esta interesado en arrendar dicho inmueble, debe saber que para proceder a su reserva debe firmar un contrato de arrendamiento de temporada especial con el importe del alquiler y las fechas correspondientes. Este contrato de arrendamiento se rige por la normativa aplicable a los arrendamientos para uso distinto del de vivienda, conforme a lo dispuesto en los art. 3, 4.1, y 4.3 de la Ley 29/1994 de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU).



2.- El presente contrato se otorga conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos y se regirá por lo libremente pactado en el presente contrato, y en todo lo no recogido en el mismo, por lo determinado en el Título III de la citada Ley, y supletoriamente por lo dispuesto en el Código Civil. y en ningún caso están sujetos a la Ley 6/2017, de 31 de julio, de modificación de la Ley 8/2012, de 19 de julio, del turismo de las Illes Balears, relativa a la comercialización de estancias turísticas en viviendas.



3.- El arrendador de dicho inmueble no ofrece los siguientes servicios, en cumplimiento a las leyes anteriormente citadas:



a) Limpieza periódica de la vivienda


b) Ropa de cama, lencería, menaje de casa en general y reposición de estos.


c) Mantenimiento de las instalaciones


d) Servicio de atención al publico en horario comercial.

Size: 2 kilometres long, 20 - 30 metres wide
Getting there: Reached by car, bicycle, or bus from Ibiza Town, only 4 kms away. Parking is fairly easy as there are dedicated car parks along the length of the beach, usually close to popular restaurants, though these do fill up in peak season.

The longest stretch of sand on the island, walking along Playa d'en Bossa can feel like walking through the many faces of Ibiza. The length of the beach is lined with bars and beach lounges, offering a variety of scenes from the laid back family-friendly, to the super trendy to the party-goers' dance spots.

The clear waters cover a sandy sea bed making it ideal for ball games and safe for younger children. And it's not just the kids who get to play - Playa d'en Bossa has the greatest selection of water sports, boats and a variety of fun water toys on offer anywhere on the island. This beach is perfect for long walks with views all round: a lonely watchtower at one end, Dalt Vila (Ibiza's old town) in the distance at the other and sparkling ocean in between.

The far end of the beach (away from Ibiza Town, towards the watch tower) is calmer and quieter than the Ibiza end, with fewer people and much less house music. But for those of you looking for the definitive Ibiza beach party, wander along to Bora Bora Bar, roughly in the middle of d'en Bossa beach next to the Jet Complex, where there are several bars playing club music and serving cold vodka-lemons in the sun!

Tip: Enjoy a walk towards the watchtower at the end of the beach.

A wealth of bars, beach clubs and restaurants are dotted along its length, including the infamous beach party spot Bora Bora, the stylish and delicious bar and restaurants Beachouse, Nassau and many more venues, all plonked right on top of the Playa d'en Bossa sand, a few metres from the ocean.
