The Sunrise Suite is a one bedroom unit located directly on the ocean at Coastal Breezes. Private pier, private pool, and complimentary use of kayaks included for our guests. Our full time on-site caretaker is there to help make your stay exceptional! King sized beds in all units. Fridge, cooktop and daily housekeeping included. Beautiful jungle like setting. Cable TV and Internet included. BBQ available for guest use. Gold standard certified by the Belize Tourism Board for your peace of mind
Le logement
We are located 4.5 miles north of San Pedro Town and suggest the rental of a golf cart for travel. There are only two rental units on the property along with the owners house. The three units share the beautiful 25,000 gallon swimming pool. Full time staff are available and we are located directly on the ocean with a private pier. All our properties are licensed and inspected by the Belize Tourism Board.

Laundry service is offered by our housekeeper for a small fee.

We are located 4.5 miles north of San Pedro Town directly on the ocean just 1/4 mile from the Barrie Reef. there are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance however a golf cart is best suited for our location. There are a few villas and small condo units in the area however it is very quiet and secluded at our location.
